Josh is a great listener and listened to what my wife and I said we wanted in a second home in the Tucson. He showed us different areas in and around Tucson which gave us a really good feel for the area. Josh was also very candid about areas we thought we were interested in, but then explained the drawbacks of why certain areas would not be desirable places to buy/live. Overall, just a tremendous experience before we made and offer as well as during the closing process.

We can’t recommend him highly enough. He worked with us for months even before our house was listed - advising us on what improvements and repairs were necessary to maximize our sale potential. Once listed, Josh was diligent, responsive, and creative. We got an offer quickly, and he brought it home. It was at that time - in 2010 - I developed a tremendous respect for him. But, until now, I hadn't the opportunity to use his services in a meaningful way, though I was confident recommending him to many of my friends based on that prior interaction. When the time came for my wife and me to sell our home, we called Josh. Interestingly, Josh's recommendation of a listing price was above what we thought of our home's value. Clearly, Josh knew the market and what he was talking about because, not only did our home sell within two days of it being listed on MLS, but it attracted an offer we accepted almost immediately. He never disengaged. He was always there for us. The sellers on our transaction did not take it upon themselves to clean the home before our move-in -- without a beat and without involving us pf praising causing us concern, he ensured we had laundry/clothing Josh is a professional -- before, during and after a transaction -- he does the right thing. He is a pleasure to work with -- he carries the ball for you, and over the finish line -- again, I recommend him without reservation.
